I was assigned this company by my home warrenty co as the contractors to look at my washer and dryer. After calling me late on a Friday night, and calling me again Sunday afternoon, we scheduled a meeting. I had a true family emergency happen during our scheduled appointment (mom had to see cardiologist for complications after heart stent) and promptly called to reschedule. I left work early to meet them at our rescheduled 3:00 appointment and received a call at 3:16 stating they were not coming because he already finished every other appointment at 1:00 that afternoon. I guess he didn't "feel like it!"

Made several attempts on a Monday to get the secretary to set a date and time so myself and landlord can be present. Now that we have a date set for Friday still no time set I phoned in that Friday morning to see what time someone will come which I told about 5 Only to find out nobody wasn't coming at all and that they close at 5
