I ordered an incorrect item (totally my fault as I misunderstood the way a product was made), and they shipped me the correct item very quickly, even though it was a personalized order. Very impressed with quality and packaging. Great company!
I saw this booth in Canton and wanted to order something as a wedding gift for a friend. Unforuantely, they did not have the write initial that I needed so they told me I could order online. I was so upset when I got the gift in the mail because it looked NOTHING like the displays in canton or their pictures online. It was hardly even painted and it looked like it took them about 5 min to make it. It was so bad that I had to take it somewhere (and pay even more money) to have it re-painted and fixed. Unless you buy directly from canton, don't use this company!
Unreachable, not shipped on time, no return calls from the only phone number available. Was a special gift. Very dishearting.
Friendly personnel. But the item I bought broke almost immediately while still in the bag at the mall. They would not replace or refund. Once it was broken you could tell it was made from pressed cardboard. Cheap.
We've used Build a Cross for years for all kinds of items - many customs and off the shelf products. The one time we had a hiccup with a custom product they replaced if very quickly with the correct item free of charge. Super nice, responsive customer service and great consistent products.
