Little bit run down by the years but very clean and the personnel is quite afable and very courteous!!

Long review but true. Driving at night in a Cold November rain, my wife and were on the way back to Texas after attending a funeral. I pulled into McDonald's to get food to eat then we drove down the road and actually pulled in the hotel and ate, while we were eating in the car we sat and read the reviews about the hotel online and we were immediately concerned about what we read, I told my wife we would keep going and try to find another place, I pulled into a service station down the road to throw our trash away then went in and asked the lady at the counter if she knew where a good Hotel was she said the Country Inn and I said the review's aren't that good then she said they had updated everything recently and that she actually worked there during the day and she would stand behind what she was saying!!!! Then she gave me the name of the girl working the front desk of the hotel that night and told me to show her the piece of paper she had written. We left and went back to the hotel the room was great and the hotel was a very nice place to stay, We had no issues at all everything was clean, I was even worried about tracking water into the room and messing the floors up. I started to go get a bath tile and put in front of the door to keep from tracking the floors up. I will defiantly stay there again when I go back through if I need to, Thanks to the lady at the service station and the lady working the front desk, you two are good people!!!!! I just wish I would have kept the piece of paper that she wrote her name down on so I could thank her by name. Again thanks.
Very poor quality rooms and dirty. I do not plan to stay here ever again.
